In terms of its literal meaning, aid is the use of one's current resources for the benefit of another person in need. Providing aid brings spiritual satisfaction to both the giver and the recipient. While the giver experiences the peace of mind that comes with meeting a need, the recipient feels relief as their hardship is alleviated.
Individuals who intend to help often hesitate about whom to help, when to help, and how to help. In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it becomes difficult to reach those in genuine need. For this reason, philanthropists prefer reliable aid organizations to ensure that the right help reaches the right person.
Fieldwork and research determine what kind of help those in need require. The goal is to meet these needs as quickly as possible within the scope of available resources. Aid can be provided as general assistance or specifically for certain situations.

How Does the General Assistance Process Work?
For general assistance, fieldwork is first conducted to identify the individuals who will receive assistance. After determining the types of needs, cost and budget planning is carried out. Where necessary, additional resources are created to expand the scope of assistance.
Aid is delivered to those in need within a specific timeframe. Privacy and human dignity are respected throughout this process. The aid process is carried out through a fair and humane system, without the recipients and providers seeing each other.
General Assistance Application
Individuals wishing to benefit from general assistance can contact the association or foundation to submit a general assistance application. The number of individuals who will benefit from the assistance is determined based on the type of assistance and available resources. Priority is given to the most needy individuals and families.
Priority is given to the most needy individuals and families. If the quota is filled, a waiting list is created, and when new resources become available, these individuals are provided with assistance.
The assistance budget is planned in a clear and transparent manner, specifying who will receive assistance, how much, and what type of assistance. All assistance is delivered to those in need based on the principles of reliability and transparency.
