ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the donation made by the Donor, in an amount determined by the Donor’s own free will, through the website of the Goodness Pioneers Association or other electronic donation channels.

ARTICLE 3 – PRINCIPLES GOVERNING
DONATIONS 3.1 Donation Amount

The donation amount is determined by the Donor using the donation options available on the website or by entering a custom amount.

3.2 Donation Methods

The donation transaction may be carried out using one of the following methods:

Online payment via credit card / debit card

Bank transfer / EFT / SWIFT

The Donor acknowledges that they have freely chosen the donation method.

ARTICLE 4 – DONATION TERMS

4.1. The donor acknowledges that the donation is made without any expectation of return and does not constitute the purchase of any goods or services.

4.2. The Donor acknowledges and declares that they are aware that the donations made are not subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

4.3. The Donor acknowledges and declares that they have no right to withdraw, cancel, revoke, or request a refund regarding the donation made.

4.4. The Donor acknowledges that the donations made will be used in accordance with the bylaws, areas of activity, and humanitarian aid objectives of the Goodwill Pioneers Association.

4.5. Except for technical glitches, completed donation transactions cannot be reversed.

ARTICLE 4.6 – Unauthorized or Stolen Card Use

4.6.1. The Donor acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that the credit card/debit card used during the donation transaction belongs to them or that they have obtained legal and explicit permission from the cardholder.

4.6.2. Legal, criminal, and financial liability for donation transactions conducted using stolen, lost, duplicated, or unauthorized cards rests entirely with the person who performed the transaction.

4.6.3. Any objections, chargebacks, refunds, or claims directed at the Goodwill Pioneers Association by banks, payment institutions, or official authorities due to such transactions will be evaluated by the relevant bank and legal authorities; the Association bears no liability for such transactions.

4.6.4. Donation transactions identified as unauthorized or suspicious may be temporarily suspended, canceled, or reported to legal authorities at the request of the relevant bank, payment institution, or official authority.

4.6.5. No claims, demands, or refund requests may be made against the Association regarding transactions covered under this provision.

ARTICLE 5 – PERSONAL DATA

The Donor acknowledges that the personal data shared as part of the donation process may be processed in accordance with applicable legislation for the purpose of conducting donation processes.

ARTICLE 6 – COMPETENT COURT

The courts and enforcement offices of the Istanbul Anatolian Judicial District shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement.

ARTICLE 7 – ENTRY INTO FORCE

This Agreement enters into force upon the Donor’s electronic approval via the website.
