Your data is processed for the purposes of managing donation processes (Cataract, Sacrifice, etc.), fulfilling legal obligations, submitting activity reports, and organizing volunteer projects.
4. Data Collection Method
Data is collected through our website, donation forms, and phone calls based on the legal grounds of "explicitly stipulated by law" and "legitimate interest."
5. Data Transfer
Data may be transferred to relevant ministries for legal notifications, to banks for payment systems, and to our technical infrastructure providers.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to correct it, to delete it, and to request compensation for damages in the event of unlawful processing.
