The Story of the Well That Gives Life to Hoyoyo Village

As the Goodness Pioneers Association, we are delighted to have brought the 20-share El-Cebbâr (c.c) water well to life in the village of Hoyoyo, Tanzania. This meaningful project, completed with the contributions of 120 donors, aims to improve the lives of the 300 villagers by providing them with clean water.

Details of the El-Cebbâr (c.c) Water Well

This important project was completed with the support of our donors and has the following details:

Number of Shareholders: 120 donors contributed.
Share Cost: Each share costs 500 TL.
Number of Users: It serves a village population of 300 people.
Water Distance: Previously, villagers had to walk 500 meters to reach water sources.
Location: It is located in Hoyoyo village, just 1 hour away from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Why a Water Well?

In rural areas such as Hoyoyo village, accessing clean water is a major struggle. Women and children are forced to carry water over long distances, which leads to both time loss and falling behind in education. Limited water resources also cause health problems and poor hygiene conditions. The El-Cebbâr (c.c) Water Well is an important project that aims to eliminate these problems.

Contributions of the Project to the Region

This water well has brought hope to the village of Hoyoyo. The contributions of the well:

Clean and Reliable Water: The villagers now have easy access to clean water.
Time Savings: The hardship of walking long distances to carry water has ended.
Health and Hygiene: Clean water has helped prevent waterborne diseases.
Contribution to Education: Children can now focus on their education instead of carrying water.

A Bridge of Goodness Reaching Tanzania

Tanzania is located approximately 9,000 kilometers away from our country and is about a 9-hour flight away. Despite this challenging distance, we are very proud to bring kindness to the village of Hoyoyo with the support of our donors.

Opening Ceremony and Community Joy

During the opening ceremony, which saw the enthusiastic participation of the village community, the water well was inaugurated with prayers. The El-Cebbâr (c.c) Water Well is not just a water source; it is also a project that carries a message of kindness, solidarity, and hope.
